The ground floor of the two-story villa has a cozy living room, spacious kitchen, guest room/sauna’s dressing room, sauna, washroom, toilet and a spacious glass terrace. Upstairs there is a bedroom, a large bathroom and a toilet. Both floors have terraces with a great sea view and you can swim directly from the sauna. Helmi is connected to Espoo City's municipal utility.

12 people can sit at the dining table and the sofa group offers seating for 6 people. An additional table also offers seating for 4 people and a glass terrace for 6 people.

The lower terrace has a spacious and heated glass terrace with a dining area for 6 people. The equipment also includes an electric grill.

The kitchen is fully equipped, enabling you to cook your own meals. The small electric grill on the outdoor terrace prepares grilled delicacies if necessary. We also offer catering services for all needs.  

Complete equipment includes e.g. sauna, fireplace and bathtub. The renewed sauna can accommodate 5 people at a time. You can swim directly from the sauna changing room. The living room has a TV and you can listen to music wirelessly. There is sleeping space for six in the double bed upstairs, and in the sofa bed in the guest room downstairs and in the sofa bed in the living room . Addition 2 sleep in Villa Tähti. Bed linen and towels can be ordered from us at an additional cost when booking.

Villa Tähti is an additional building of Villa Helmi. It has a table group for 6 people and a sofa bed. Like Villa Helmi, the space can be heated and cooled. Villa Tähti increases Villa Helme's customer capacity and sleeping space. Villa Tähti can be rented in connection with Villa Helmi for an additional price of €345 and for €175 for minimum 3 days’ booking. The prices include VAT and cleaning.
